Transitioning to the Family Health Organization (FHO)

After determining the viability of the FHO for your practice, our firm will provide the necessary tools for you to capture all the benefits of the model. Each physician and their staff are provided with the information and onsite training required to maximize practice income, explore practice management options and efficiently track and claim all the primary care premiums and bonuses.

• Assessing the viability of the FHO for your practice,
• Preparation of the Ministry of Health FHO Application documents,
• Developing the FHO’s Governance Agreement and sub group governance agreements – which must be in place before you submit your FHO application to the MOH,

• In office training for physicians and staff to ensure all of the financial benefits of the FHO are realized
