Penny Paucha, M.A. – Leadership Coach, Facilitator

Penny is a certified Coach through the Neuroleadership Group, with extensive experience helping healthcare leaders and their teams remove the barriers to stellar results. With 20 years of experience in the health care sector, Penny has held diverse positions such as operating room desk clerk, mental health counselor and program manager. She specializes in leadership coaching and team performance for leaders in hospitals, family health teams and CCAC’s and was a key contributor to the development of the Ontario College of Family Physicians’ Leadership Development Program.

With her Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology, she has developed assessment tools and published articles in the area of optimizing organizational health and leadership development. She is recognized by leaders in health care as a skilled facilitator that can move groups to decision and action, even on tough or contentious issues. Her evidence-based approach incorporates the latest findings from the field of social neuroscience as well as instinct-based assessment and proven models of leadership development.

She speaks frequently on the topic of neuroleadership.

Hilary has worked with physician groups in Toronto, the GTA and York Region as well as bilingual physician groups in Ottawa and northern Ontario.  She has worked with hundreds of physicians assisting in their evaluation and implementation of primary care payment models.
